Some turn to soda-lime glass for a heavier, more substantial touch, but that comes with its own drawback — its thermal shock resistance is only around 50°C. With sudden hot-to-cold or cold-to-hot temperature changes, it cracks easily. In practice, it's really only safe for room-temperature drinks.

Our thick-walled, thick-bottom borosilicate glass pitcher delivers the same thermal shock performance as standard thin-walled borosilicate — from -20°C refrigeration to 100°C boiling water, handling instantaneous temperature differentials of up to 120°C with no cracking. Pour hot or cold directly — it handles both with ease.
The lid is made of 304 stainless steel, featuring a built-in strainer that filters out fruit pulp and tea leaves when steeping and doubles as a dust cover when not in use. It also comes with food-grade silicone rings and silicone plugs, allowing you to control the flow rate for a smooth, steady pour.
